Losing Salvation

Last night,

I was washing my toothbrush,

About to brush my teeth.

It was then I remembered,

What my mum just said.

She helped squeeze on my toothbrush,

The toothpaste.

I looked down at my toothbrush,

At the remaining bits (of you-know-what).

It was a little to late,

For me to do anything.

I had to re-squeeze the toothpaste.
------------------------------------
I wasted some toothpaste,

It's not that bad.

But how many people lost Salvation,

And had to find it back?

They disregarded what God did for them,

With their own filthy acts of self-righteousness,

Undid Salvation,

And had to search for it again.

But is regaining Salvation,

As easy as squeezing toothpaste?

Trillion times a challenge.
----------------------------------
So dear friend,

You can forget everything,

Your name, age, country,

Whatever you have to do.

But please never forget Jesus' sacrifice -

For you!
